     Thanks, Kelvin.  Tech staff (principally IT manager Rob Figenbaum) 
gets the thanks for the iRC work.  More to talk about, quite soon.

     On phones:  global accessibility is a big concern for us also.  On the 
other hand, our dues and infrastructure are a fraction of W3 -- 
OASIS  traditionally has been thin-client, fiscally and in other ways, by 
design.  On the third hand, the economics of phone service fundamentally is 
changing.
      I know, from painful memory myself, that asking for and managing 
bridges is an annoyance.  More acutely, is it a barrier?  To what extent do 
other leaders on this list think that phone bridge economics is a gating 
issue for us?  Is there a distinct issue for big vs. small TCs, or those 
with wider vs. narrower geographic dispersion?
