Agenda for Inaugural Code List Representation TC call 28 August 2006
OK, I have added these questions and my suggested answers in a new version
of the FAQ document in Kavi.

(ignore the date in the filename, it turns out to be a bad idea to put
dates into filenames that are going into Kavi, as it has its own way or
managing versions)
