Genericode 1.1? - a request from CEFACT for embedded code lists in code list set documents

Strangely, I wanted to do this just a couple of days ago. Although I found a way around it, I would support the change. It seems to have some benefits with no downside.

MarkMail, a mailing-list search service launched by MarkLogic in 2007 as a showcase for its XML full-text search engine, indexed these OASIS archives for many years. It was retired in 2024 following MarkLogic’s acquisition by Progress Software; markmail.org is offline and any markmail.org links in archived messages are no longer functional.
