As a result, they remained in the PDF and in the directories through the CS stage. Thank you for your patience with my mistake. I have cleaned up the OS package. I believe the removals constitute editorial changes only, and I await judgement from TC Admin. Please review the OS package and post any other oversights you may find. . . . . . . .
