The previous documentation references have been changed to https://github.com/oasis-open/cti-documentation
The idea will be to create a website similar to the CTI documentation website (https://github.com/oasis-open/cti-documentation).  Omar will follow up with Robin and Chet to create a https://github.com/oasis-open/csaf-documentation (open repository).
