Keith - Update the DITA 1.3 A-Z whitepaper with feedback
        from Robert Anderson et al.
      - Post update for ATV review. 

Stan - Schedule an evening concall with Amanda Galtman
       (MathWorks) to review the Release Management 
        XQuery DITA-OT plug-in. 

Jenn - Touch base with Joe Gelb and check out his existing tooling 
       for identifying conditionalized elements.
