DITA 1.2 spec for vote at tomorrow's TC meeting

Remember that we will be voting tomorrow on the slightly revised Committee Draft 01. I've uploaded CHM, XHTML, and DITA versions to Kavi; the PDF will come later today.

We will be voting on the XHTML version, which is the authoritative version. The "index page" is DITA1.2-spec.html.
