OASIS phase Dates Description Assumptions Public review of committee specification draft (CSD) 2 June - 20 July (7 weeks) We cannot make any material changes to the spec after we enter this review. (FYI, OASIS TC process does not define what a non-material change is ...) Approval of committee specification 21 July - 3 August (2 weeks) Approval of candidate OASIS standard 4 August - 31 August (4 weeks) We need three statements of use to enter this phase. We cannot make ANY changes to the spec after we approve it as a candidate OASIS standard . Public review of candidate OASIS standard 1 September - 19 October (7 weeks) We do not receive any comments that would force us to revise the spec. Approval of OASIS standard 20 October - 23 November (5 weeks) We get enough positive votes for approval and NO negative votes. We could potentially slip this schedule 2-3 weeks and still release in December 2014.
