I only have two notes. In the, "Grouping Things Using div" section, it mentions the "@conrefkey" attribute. That should be @conkeyref. The Key scope section contains the sentence, "If you have a topic that is being reused, you can specify different key values depending upon which sub-map that topic appears in." While not factually inaccurate, this could lead people to believe that key scopes can *only* be bound to sub-maps, which isn't the case. I'd change "which sub-map that a topic appears in" to "where in a publication the topic is referenced." Otherwise, this looks good.
