Hi, Chet. I hope you are enjoying your vacation! We won't expect a response until you are back on the 27th. I took another look at the Charter template and have a couple of questions: Are all the fields in section one required? We omitted Business benefits and merged Scope and Deliverables into one field. We thought that section one only applied to proposals for brand new TCs. If this is incorrect and we need to include Identification of similiar work, please let us know. Must the fields appear in the order listed in the templates? I am attaching the Charter template for the benefit of TC members who are reading this e-mail.
