DOCBOOK-APPS: Need help including c source

Hi,
I'm trying to include C source into docbook but I'm having problems with 
the #include <stdio.h>. I really would like to have the source compile 
as is and include as is into the document.

I did something like this but then the entity doesn't get included.

<!DOCTYPE chapter PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.1.2//EN"
          "http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd" [
<!ENTITY myfunc SYSTEM "myfunc.c">

     <title>Exceptions</title>

     <programlisting>
       <![CDATA[&myfunc;]]>
     </programlisting>

   </chapter>

If I leave out the CDATA then it won't parse.
