DOCBOOK-APPS: Logo in a printed manual

I want a logo at the top of the title page in the pdf-file. The code
is:

<!DOCTYPE Article PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook V4.1//EN">
<Article lang="no">

<articleinfo>
<mediaobject>
      <imageobject>
	<imagedata align="center" FileRef="logo.jpg" Format="jpg">
      </imageobject>

<Title>...</title>

I'm using the command db2pdf -u -d ~/ldp.dsl#print file.sgml.

The image is not shown at the top. How can I get it?
