Automatically create autoidx-{af,ca,cs,da,...} and create customized
catalog file which will redirect autoidx.xsl to appropriate language
version. This will requiere XML catalogs support in processor but there
won't be need for many docbook-{af,cs,cs,...}. Hmm. Not much better idea
after all. :-(
