Ah, no. You could add <?dbhtml filename="foo.html"?> PIs, but that's
tedious too.
I'm not sure what to say. I'm reluctant to make the stylesheets generate warnings
for this case, but maybe I can jigger things so you can easily add them to your
customization layer...
