	just for the records... well, I lastly found one! the trick is the
not-so-well-known RCDATA thingie.

	you first make an entity pointing to the file you want to inlcude. then
you just reference that entity inside a RCDATA thing:

	<![RCDATA[ &entity; ]]>
	
	that works very nice; that way I can include unparsed html files without
confusing neither xsltproc nor jade!
