Thanks for the hint with the junks, now it works using this task:

	<java classname="com.icl.saxon.StyleSheet" fork="yes" 
dir="${dist}/javahelp">
		<arg value="../../${src}/${document.name}.xml"/>
		<arg value="../../${stylesheet}/javahelp.xsl"/>

		<classpath>
			<path refid="classpath.saxon"/>
		</classpath>
	</java>
