I have no problem.

I found a fr.hyp file in the fop 20.3 distribution and I put it in the
same directory in my 20.5 distribution folder
(/usr/local/share/fop-0.20.5/build/classe/hyph). And it works.

To use these files with the oxygenXML plugins for eclipse I simply wrote
a little config file :

<entry>
        <key>hyphenation-dir</key>
        <value>/usr/local/share/fop-0.20.5/build/classes/hyph/</value>
</entry>

Which is on the configuration folder of eclipse.

If you need the fr.hyp file, I can send it to you.
