The latest version of stylesheets doesn't put reference for ix01.html 
into project file, so you will not see error message then.

HTML Help offers searchable widget for index (in the left pane) and HTML 
rendering of index will be redundant.

Well, yes, ask Microsoft about this issue. (But you can try reinstalling 
before :-)
