why don't all of these appear on the .pdf?

In the following snippet of test code, only the <author> and <pubdate> 
sections actually appear on the published .pdf -

                                 <author>
                                     <firstname>Chip</firstname>
                                     <surname>Wiegand</surname>
                                 </author>
                                 <authorinitials>CRW</authorinitials>
                                 <artpagenums>1</artpagenums>
                                 <volumenum>1</volumenum>
                                 <issuenum>1</issuenum>
                                 <publisher>
                                     <publishername>Simrad, 
Inc</publishername>
                                 </publisher>
                                 <pubdate>July 29, 2005</pubdate>
                             </articleinfo>

Are they rest of the tags supposed appear on the .pdf?
