Monthly telcons for DocBook TC

Karl,

The DocBook TC has decided[1] that it would like to meet monthly by
teleconference. Can OASIS host this? The proposed schedule is

  01:00p EDT (10:00a PDT, 17:00GMT, 18:00BST, 19:00CEST, 02:00JST+) 
  on Tuesday 19 Jun 2001, 17 Jul, 21 Aug, 18 Sep, etc. on the
  third Tuesday of each month.

We would need about 10 lines.
