To my deep embarrassment, I find I'm unlikely to be able to dial in today.
I assumed I'd be able to do SIP from overseas, but there's something weird
about the NAT on this network and it's not working. :-(

I've been diligently keeping up with Chet's requests for changes and I
believe we'll see official ballots this week.
