Norm: I propose that we skip October unless we need to do something to
progress the spec. The chair will call a meeting by email if
necessary.

Scott: Bob has made some progress on the stlyesheets, but I haven't
tested them.

Waiting for a second implementation.

I move to approve the Chair requesting that TC Administration hold a
Special Majority Ballot to approve
DocBook Version 5.1 contained in
http://docs.oasis-open.org/docbook/docbook/v5.1/csprd02/docbook-v5.1-csprd02.html
as a Committee Specification.

Norm: One of the reasons that mediaobject allows multiple imageobjects
is to handle this case.

ACTION: Norm to investigate if mediaobject can generate srcsets.
