DOCBOOK: Announce: DocBook DSSSL Stylesheet updated

I've posted 1.49 of the Modular DocBook Stylesheets at
http://nwalsh.com/docbook/dsssl/

This version fixes the ugly modespec/mediaobject bug I
introduced on 03 Dec and fixes a few other small things.
