In the XSL stylesheets ver 1.11,
we've got in common/fr.xml :
<gentext key="tableofcontents"          text="Table des
mati&#x00E8;res"/>
              ^      ^
and it seems like parsers are waiting for :
<gentext key="TableofContents"          text="Table des
mati&#x00E8;res"/>
              ^      ^
