I'd have to check through specific tags and such, general ideas come to
mind:

  - Find an existing semantic tag which is appropriate and modify the
    stylesheet to format it as desired.

  - Apporpriate an existing tag for your porpose, and modify the
    treatment.

  - Extend docbook with a tag or attribute specifically meeting your
    purposes.  Note that this is no longer DocBook, then.
