There's a slight discrepancy at the moment between the documentation
and the DTD. In DocBook V4.x, DocInfo was expanded into several
elements (PartInfo, ChapterInfo, etc.).

If you're using the 4.x DTDs, change <docinfo> into <*info> as
appropriate.
