Arbortext can do this as well. Shouldn't be surprising, after all, it was one of the earliest SGML editors. �

PS You can also automate this XMLtoSGML function in Arbortext via the command line interface.

I don't know of any other tools that can do that. �It isn't something that's asked for much, since most people are trying to convert their legacy SGML to XML.
