Submitter's message Hello, This is an update from Nikola and myself of the specification. It also incorporates some feedback from (prospective) users. With the addition of examples, it is now a complete specification. Could you please review this document before the middle of September? This specification is needed in a very large end-user project in the EU and its 27 Member States, and it needs to be stable and standardized before the end of the year.
