OASIS press release on RegRep4 approval as ISO 15000-3

OASIS has issued a press release on the approval of RegRep 4.0 as
ISO 15000-3:

Nikola Stojanovic: author of the ebXML RegRep standard, also
ebCore TC member.
Joao Rodrigues Frade: the EU Once-Only Technical System uses

Andriana Prentza: OpenPeppol uses uses RegRep4 in pre-award
electronic tendering.
