Matt,

    I'll let you know about the "golden" version soon ( by conference call 
next Monday ).  I'm "marking up" the MS spec right now for the test 
coverage document, and as I'm
doing so, I'm doing a final editorial review of each requirement ( naming, 
typos...etc... ) .
