[ebxml-iic] Latest documents for today's call

Jacques and all,

    Attached are the latest documents for the ebXML MS Conformance Test 
Suite, including:

1) a proposal for syntax change ( API vs. template manipulation ) for 
message construction

2) updated ebXML MS Conformance Test Suite document, fleshing out Test 
Driver and Test Framework details
( still a work in progress )

3)ebXML MS Conformance Executable Test Suite document, illustrating
the change in sytax, and representing an actual executable format for both 
message construction
and query. The table is not yet complete, but I illustrated as many 
examples as I could.
