This adjunct to the ebMS-3 specification is a non-normative document used
for specifying and publishing conformance profiles. Intended to not go
farther than CD or CS status. 
A first draft, roughly extracted from the former "ebMS3 adjunct" document
previously posted. The template (front page) is not yet conforming. Posted
for an early review of its content.
