Section 2.2.3.6 of AS4, for PMode[1].Security.X509.Sign and PMode[1].Security. X509.Encryption.Encrypt,  state that no support required for the value "true".

Section 2.1.1, 2.2.1, 2.3.1,  "Message packaging", state no support for external payloads required.

To be discussed with Jacques and Theo.
