As values for this parameter we could also use the URL where the specifications are found. These would be http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsrm/ws-reliability/v1.1/ and http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-rx/wsrm/v1.2/ 

This way the version numbers of the specs are also included. That may not be the case when using the namespaces of the related schemas.
