I’m not sure that we have got to the
bottom of the VIP requirements yet and unfortunately I know so little about
them that I can’t add anything specific. My concerns are that we
might solve one thing, and then because we haven’t all of the necessary
information find that there are others that will also need attention resulting
in a piecemeal approach.

I have followed this debate with interest
and given it some thought over recent days.
I think you are right and we will need to
develop several new EML messages to handle all of the required linkages to
provide the integration we obviously need. However I think we need to try
and identify whether there will be any specific integration requirements so
that we can try and resolve the issue with a clear and unambiguous solution to
suit all.
