Please find attached the guidelines on certification of e-voting systems and transparency of e-enabled elections as they have been endorsed by the Committee of Ministers. I would like to thank everybody for their contribution to these guidelines and I hope that these guidelines will provide to be a good contribution your work in the field of e-voting.
