OASIS Members, We are pleased to announce the results of the recent election for the Emergency Interoperability (EI) Member Section Steering Committee openings. William Kalin of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Don McGarry of Mitre Corporation and Patrick Gannon were elected to the EI Member Section Steering Committee. They will begin their two year term during the next Steering Committee meeting on 13 July 2012 with continuing Steering Committee members Jeff Waters, Rob Torchon, Tom Ferrentino and Elysa Jones. The consortium would like to express our deepest appreciation to all members who participated in the election process -- by nominating candidates, volunteering to serve, evaluating candidates, and casting ballots. OASIS continues to be distinguished by our open election process, our member participation, and the quality of leadership.
