TEP WD03 status

I am working at present with Brian on the schema issues, and Rex has offered to help on the EA graphical representation.
I expect that some further adjustments will be needed in the specification and the EA diagrams, once the schema is cleared.

Now, here are a few items where I am seeking input from the TEP SC members (referring to the Jan. 11 posting EDXL-TEP-v1.0 WD03 - Spec. + Schemas [https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/emergency-tep/download.php/47882/edxl-tep-v1.0-wd03.zip]):

-	Check section 1.2 History
-	Review section 2.1 Design Philosophy
-	Question: is the link included in section 2.2 permissible?
-	Review section 2.3 Example Usage Scenarios
-	In section 3.4.1.1 Identifying Message Type there is a statement “as will be detailed later” – I don’t know how that came in here, and I wonder what it refers to.
-	Section 3.6 TEP Elements feels both a bit skinny (the text) and overloaded (the graphics) – any suggestions for improvement?
-	Several points raised in the Data Dictionary (flagged with yellow highlight or comment boxes), in particular:
    o	current Medication
    o	barriersToPatientCare
    o	evacuationDestinationRequired
    o	evacuationDestinationRequiredDefault
    o	providerJurisdiction
    o	providerCountry
    o	personnelJurisdiction
    o	TransportType
    o	vehicleJurisdiction

and finally:
-	Section 4.13 Glossary / List of Acronyms: Various Acronyms not defined, or defined but not used anywhere in the spec.
