The naming for files/directories/paths in connection with the
Approved Errata process follows basic principles set out
in the OASIS Naming Directives, extended to account for the
progression WD, CSD, CSPRD before the final Approved Errata
document is reached.  The naming needs to take into
account that multiple Errata documents against a given
OASIS Standard are possible.  This is indicated in the
additional substring "errata-01" ("errata-02" etc).
