EMIX Package for release or not
I agree with Ed -- the changes address significant issues; further
discussion can be addressed in the Note on Using Emix post 1.0.

It appears from last night’s Jira
activities that some small changes in section on approach
(Section 2) would remove some annoyances that some members of
the IRC find in EMIX. My personal preference is to give the TC
completed everything at least 48 hours before an anticipated
vote, but there is no procedural requirement that we do so.
If the TC is wi8lling, I could make a
section 34 with these changes * and no others * to upload
before noon today
