The ballot on the Energy Interoperation errata is in progress (closes Saturday, February 18 - best to vote early).  You'll note that the wording calls for a Designated Cross Reference change. The final published 1.0 will have a link to the final EMIX specification. Please don't reference the specs using Committee Specification number; think of that as OASIS versioning. The proper form is (e.g.) [EMIX] Energy Market Information Exchange (EMIX) Version 1.0. 11 January 2012. http://docs.oasis-open.org/emix/emix/v1.0/emix-v1.0.html The published Energy Interoperation 1.0 Committee Specifications (one without errata applied, the other with errata applied) will both have the references corrected. The OpenADR alliance is working on their profile/transport binding; I can't speak for their timetable but there's a draft being privately circulated as an Alliance document.
