Meeting attendance self recording in effect for today's meeting at 11am EDT

I had changed the attendance so members can self-report their attending meetings. The capability is open from 10 minutes before start time to the official end time of the meeting. For today, we'll do manual attendance (though you should do the online thing when you can) because of the nature of the votes. And no, I don't know how to do it...try the meeting notice during the relevant timeframe, and report to the group.
