Is the Use Case data stream available in a format for test code?

Is there either a binary, or a source code format (for example, in C) of the use cases data stream? I've culled the data stream from the use case PDFs myself, and can share that if anybody is interested, but I was hoping that there was an "official" copy somewhere. The latest kmip-usecases-v1.1-wd08.pdf, for example, has a mistake in the data stream for use case 3.1.1, time 0 request -- some data is missing (a copy-and-paste error?).
