[[ Here are my summary notes from today's interop call. Please let me know of any additions/corrections you might have. --Tim. ]] KMIP interop 15-Dec-2011 Attending: Tim (Cryptsoft), John (HP), John (Quintessence), Denis (SafeNet), Jane (OASIS) Denis noted meeting invite wasn't sent out. Action Item: Tim will ensure this is fixed for the 5-Jan-2012 call. Focus for interop demonstration will be on moving keys (Locate+Get+Register) between servers. Encoding of an image for display could be done as a base64 encoded TextString which will work for existing products Action Item: Tim will circulate proposal. Jane is looking for a brief information on the scenarios for interop to incorporate in the OASIS information as per previous events. She will circulate as an example what was used for RSA 2011. Action Item: All - respond on list for scenario brief so that we have material for Jane The maximum comfortable level of participants is 8 vendors unless a space upgrade occurs which won't be known until early Jan so with 6 vendors already committed and 1 new participant on the tentative list those vendors which haven't responded should contact Jane as soon as possible. Discussed John's (Quintessence) diagram - open to be updated with other vendor information - and/or the previous vendor diagram will be updated. Action Item: Jane will check on status of query on access to attendee badge information (either direct or via conference device posting immediate to website) as the initial query hasn't resulted in any details as yet. SafeNet interop server is planned for update around 9th Jan - Denis will email out changes in a similar manner to the last SafeNet update. Cryptsoft interop servers will be updated in the next week or two. Tim will email out details. Quintessence server should be available by 23rd Jan for interop. Next meeting scheduled for 5-Jan-2012.
