Should TC-Q-VAL-1-13 and TC-Q-VAL-2-13 be marked as mutually exclusive for the purposes of interop? From the test case document TC-Q-VAL-1-13 - Return details of the server claimed validation information. TC-Q-VAL-2-13 - Return details of the server that does not claim any validations The spec says - If the request contains a Query Validations value, then zero or more Validation Information fields SHALL be returned in the response.
