Privacy Policies implemented by courts may require litigants to delete or redact these personal data identifiers prior to electronic filing a court document. The Court Document specification may list these known identifiers and how they may or may not be filed electronically to the court ... but always maintained in litigants' case files.) 2. suggested rewording: Ms. Diane Lewis discussed the importance of OASIS standard process to establish an electronic court filing standard that will be recognized by practitioners, vendors, courts, law enforcement and other legal community members. Diane noted that she is working on an XML project at the USDOJ/Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys that can be leveraged to support OASIS LegalXML TC work.. including testing an implementation of the Electronic Court Filing proposed standard.
