I am providing it both in Word and in PDF formats. I have incremented the concluding number of the filename due to some very minor editorial changes I made (e.g., completing the title in the header). You will find that the proposed SOW is contained on pages 1-2 of the document; the remainder is an explanation of the process for review of a Statement of Work. Please let me know if you have any difficulty in accessing the document now.
