The document Proposed Washington State Identification Process.doc has been submitted by robin gibson ([email protected]) to the OASIS LegalXML Electronic Court Filing TC document repository.

Document Description:
As requested during the last Legal XML conference call, I am submitting the Washington State draft proposal for e-filing identification for posting to the listserv.  Please note that it has not been adopted and is still considered controversial by some members of the legal community here.  I would welcome any constructive feedback, by which I mean something more than just saying it isn't strong enough identification.
