Dallas and Committee, 

This is a very comprehensive list and provides an excellent outline of the topics the committee should deal with in developing Blue.  I am still happy to present how 2GEFS handles these issues but wonder if the committee feels this is the most constructive way of getting to our goal.  I ask the chair and the committee, does it wish to devote the time required in the face-to-face meeting for each of us with proposals (OXCI, 2GEFS, others) to present on all these topics?

If the committee feels the list of 10 items with subitems that Dallas' drafted is a comprehensive list, which it appears to be, we could submit responses on the CourtFiling mailing list.  Someone (and I am happy to volunteer) could then take the responses and synthesize them into a table that would provide an easy-to-read way of understanding how the projects handle the different issues and where there are commonalities and where there are differences.  With this document in hand, my hope would be that we could use the time at the meeting to start hashing out some of the issues.
