Will the minutes from the
face-to-face meeting include the complete schedule for the completion of Blue?
I was not able to attend the face-to-face and I am curious to know the schedule
for the explicit steps needed for gaining acceptance in OASIS. I am also
curious to know the schedule for any explicit steps needed for acceptance with
NACM. Is there a document that captures the overall schedule for Blue?

On Wednesday morning, we went over a
schedule for completion of Blue which calls for completion of the basic
messages and the core specification by July 1, with the remaining work to be
completed by mid to late August.  We have scheduled a two day meeting for
September 16 and 17, a Friday and Saturday, in  immediately following CTC9, to
conduct a detailed, final review of the specification and schemas.  On the
Tuesday conference call, there was considerable resistance to meeting on a
Saturday.  On Wednesday, the members present unanimously concluded that
meeting on Thursday evening and Friday would not be sufficient to complete the
final review.  Please note these dates on your calendar.
